Dear Family,

As you are most likely aware, Governor Pritzker has announced the suspension of in-person learning at Illinois schools for the remainder of the 2019-2020 school year in response to the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation. While the the safety and well-being of our students, faculty, and staff remains our highest priority, we are obviously saddened to hear this news, particularly for our seniors.

Please know we have been preparing for the possible continuation of cyber learning through the end of the school year and will communicate with families early next week in regards to the schedule and any additional event changes or cancellations, including possible alternatives for Senior Prom and Graduation.

During this time all athletic events and extracurricular activities are canceled. Also, as a reminder the school building and surrounding grounds remain closed and off limits until further notice. Additional information may be found on our website at: https://www.stpatrick.org/coronavirus-information/ .

We continue to keep those impacted by the virus in our prayers and remain grateful to the first responders, healthcare professionals and essential workers, including many of our family members, who are on the frontlines of this pandemic. Your selfless actions during this time remain a guiding force for us all. Please stay safe and well, and we will be in touch soon.

God Bless,

Jon Baffico
