SAINT PATRICK HIGH SCHOOL AND QUEST FOOD MANAGEMENT SERVICES EXTEND PARTNERSHIP FOR 2022-23 SCHOOL YEAR

August 10, 2022

Quest to invest in updated equipment and offer new dining options for Saint Patrick families as part of multi-year agreement

Chicago, IL (August 10, 2022) – Saint Patrick High School, the premier all-male Catholic high school in Chicago, announced they have extended their agreement with Quest Food Management Services for five years beginning with the 2022-23 school year. The new agreement, which includes upgrades to equipment and digital monitors, will offer students healthier dining options including food stations and a before and after school wellness bar.

“I am excited to announce our continued partnership with Quest Food Management Services,” said Saint Patrick President Dan Santucci. “Quest’s commitment to Saint Patrick ensures we can offer our families high quality food options and a wide variety of choices. It’s important that our students nourish their bodies and minds to help them perform in all aspects of life. Quest is helping to make that possible with significant upgrades to our facility and a fresh new menu with healthier options.”

Saint Patrick, who has partnered with Quest since the late 1980’s, was the food service management company’s fourth account. This summer, the leadership team at St. Pat’s approached Quest about improving their cafeteria experience and Quest responded by investing in the school’s facilities and offering a new dining program which includes food stations with fresh, assembled-to-order meals, made-to-order deli sandwiches, paninis, and homemade soups and breads, hand-tossed pizza and a salad bar featuring in-season and locally sourced options. Vegetarian and gluten free options will also be available.

“St. Pat’s and Quest are in very similar stages of life,” said Mike McTaggart, Owner and CEO of Quest Food Management Services. “As we both continue to grow and evolve and become a better version of who we are, it is important to protect the legacy that has been created. We are excited to not only be part of the history of St. Pat’s, but to contribute and be part of the future.”

Current and incoming families will have an opportunity to visit the cafeteria and sample Quest’s new food offerings at Parent Back to School Night on Thursday, August 25.  Students will experience the new food stations when they return for the 162nd year in the school’s history on Monday, August 22.
