SHAMROCKS CARE WALL OF HONOR

With your donation in support of the Shamrocks Care Fund, established to assist students and families who have been impacted by COVID-19, and address the challenges of this uncertain time, we’d like to offer you the opportunity to designate someone on the frontlines for our Shamrocks Care Wall of Honor, a banner that will hang at Saint Patrick High School.

Please fill out the name of the person you would like added to the Shamrocks Care Wall of Honor below after making your donation. If you made a donation of $50 or more, your honoree will also receive a commemorative challenge coin and thank you from St. Pat’s. Please include your honoree’s address in the form below. If unknown, please include your address and we will send it to you.
