This Friday, October 19, the Shamrocks will travel to Mundelein to take on the Carmel Corsairs in a varsity football game at Carmel High School. While the game promises to be another hard fought ESCC battle with major playoff implications (the win qualifies Saint Patrick for the playoffs for the first time in five seasons), the work that will be done prior to the contest will symbolize how sportsmanship and service to others can unite two schools for a cause greater than the outcome of the game.

Both schools are asking fans who attend the game to bring a nonperishable food item(s) and/or clothing item(s) to be collected as you enter. The items donated will benefit the Sharing Hands Food Pantry. In addition, each varsity football player from both schools will be asked to donate an item(s).

Come and cheer the Shamrocks onto victory this Friday night while helping to support the needs of others. We look forward to seeing a sea of green and gold at the game! Kick off is at 7 pm. Go Shamrocks!
